Balanced Kids Membership Pricing

​Select the membership option that best fits your family and begin your journey with Balanced Kids.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Within 48 hours of enrollment, you’ll receive a message with instructions to connect through our OptiMantra EMR portal, where you’ll complete required intake paperwork to initiate care.

Once your membership is active, we’ll work together to schedule an in-home meet-and-greet visit. During this visit, Dr. Sarah will meet your family, review your child’s health history, and introduce and educate you on the Telehealth Enhancement Kit. This proactive setup allows us to be fully prepared—so when your child needs care, we’re ready to respond immediately with familiarity, context, and confidence.
