Balanced Kids Health is a concierge-style pediatric health service that offers in-home, group, and virtual wellness visits, including physical exams and integrative care consultations. Our services are intended to support child and family wellness—not to replace emergency or specialty medical care.
 

 

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to consent on behalf of your child(ren).

• The parent or legal guardian of any minors receiving care.

• Residing in a location where Balanced Kids Health is licensed and able to provide care.
   

 

3. Services Provided

Balanced Kids Health offers:

• In-home and group pediatric physicals

• In-home Pediatric Well Child Checks

• Virtual sick visits and consultations

• Health education services for parents and caregivers

• Family plant medicine consultations

• Non-emergency, non-urgent care within our scope of pediatric practice
   

We do not provide emergency care. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency facility.
 

 

4. Appointments & Payments

• All services must be scheduled in advance and paid for at the completion of visit unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept credit/debit cards and other approved digital payment methods.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling, depending on provider availability.

• Membership and one-time service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. See our Refund Policy for full details.
   

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for information regarding missed visits, rescheduling, group events, and membership cancellations.
 

 

6. Medical Disclaimer

Balanced Kids Health does provide clinical care within the pediatric primary care service scope. However, plant medicine consultations and integrative health coaching are not a replacement for diagnosis or treatment by a healthcare practitioner - these are education services only.

If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
 

 

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or related systems.
