Well Child Checks - $300

Immunizations available as an add on

Up to a 50% discount available with group physicals depending on the amount of kids. Inquire for pricing

Sick Visits - $150

On the spot rapid tests $10 per test
If available, your child's 1st dose of an antibiotic may be given for $5

For families who already have a pediatric provider but need reliable, fast access when their child is sick.

Sick Visits on demand:

Includes:

One in-home sick visit per month
- All in-home testing and 1st dose medications included.
- $20 credit for any lab testing requiring phlebotomy.
Telehealth enhancement kit:
- Digital camera/otoscope for capturing high-quality images of the ears, nose, and throat.
- Pulse oximeter to measure oxygen saturation and heart rate.
- Rapid at-home testing for strep throat and COVID-19, influenza A, and influenza B.

Pricing:

Starting at 150/month for the first child
