Sick Visits on demand includes:

One in-home sick visit per month
- All in-home testing and 1st dose medications included.
- Receive credit for any lab testing requiring phlebotomy.
Telehealth enhancement kit
- This allows us to provide comprehensive care regardless of if your appointment is virtual or in-person.
