Whether you're organizing a school event, youth sports team, or neighborhood health day, or preparing for camp, Balanced Kids brings convenient, compassionate child & adolescent physicals to your location. Perfect for: - Youth sports teams - Homeschool groups - Schools or community centers Each visit includes: - A head-to-toe physical exam. - Medical history review. - Completion of necessary forms. - Discussion of any findings or concerns. Pricing is customized to group size. *If a health concern is found and your child is not cleared for participation, the child's physical exam fee will be waived. Appropriate guidance or referrals will be provided. There are no concierge fees for group physicals.
